You can find the original transfer
The Transaction part of the Dashboard focuses on the flow of money throughout the Finix Platform.
The Transfers page provides different ways to view and analyze transactions. You can filter by ID, Trace ID, Amount, Created, Type, and State.
When you click on a Transfer you are presented with an overview of the Transfer. You can view the details, the Payment Instrument, Tags, and issue a Refund if needed.
The Authorizations page provides a list of Authorizations that have been processed by Finix. You can search by ID, TraceID, Amount, Created, and the State.
Within each Authorization, you can see the details, Payment Instrument, and the associated Tags.
A Settlement is a logical construct representing a collection (i.e. batch) of Transfers that are intended to be paid out to a specific Merchant. In the Settlements Page, you can search for settlements and view the details for that settlement.
In the Disputes page, you can view all the Chargebacks for your merchants. You can also upload supporting documentation.
You can navigate to the original transfer that is associated with the Dispute by clicking the clipper sign next to transfer. You can view the Adjustment Transfers to see money movements.
The People section of the Dashboard groups together different pages that allow you to view and analyze the actions of different entities.
An Identity resource represents either a buyer or a merchant and is in many ways the centerpiece of the payment API’s architecture. Transfers and Payment Instruments must be associated with an Identity. For both buyers and merchants, this structure makes it easy to manage and reconcile their associated banks accounts, transaction history, and payouts.
You can click on an Identity to view the details of that Identity.
A Merchant resource represents a business’s merchant account on a processor. In other words, any web service that connects buyers (i.e. customers) and sellers (i.e. merchants).
An Application resource represents a web application (e.g. marketplace, ISV, SaaS platform). In other words, any web service that connects buyers (i.e. customers) and sellers (i.e. merchants).
The Payment Instruments page allows you to view all the Tokenized cards and bank accounts with the ability to filter by ID, Last Four Digits, Created Date, and Type.
A Payment Instrument resource represents either a credit card or bank account. A Payment Instrument may be tokenized multiple times and each tokenization produces a unique ID. Each ID may only be associated one time and to only one Identity. Once associated, a Payment Instrument may not be disassociated from an Identity.
The Review section of the Dashboard groups together different pages that allow you to approve or reject different entities.
In the Settlements Page underneath the Review section, you can Approve or Reject settlements for Merchants.
You have the option to approve or reject in bulk.
In the Merchants page underneath the Review section, you can approve or reject Merchants. You have the ability to Approve or Reject in Bulk.
Note: On this page, Merchants are segmented by the processor.
In the Identities Page underneath the Review section, you can review the details of Identities.
This page is similar to the Merchants page, however, you can view the Credit Score and OFAC checklist results.
If you scroll down to the bottom, you will see the links for View Credit Report and View Watchlist Report.
Note: These reports are only available after running a Verification on an Identity using Microbilt. To run a Verification, navigate to the Identity, click on the Verifications Tab, and run a Verification. The results will appear here.
