WorldPay updates the For Benefit Of (FBO) account anytime between 1:00 PM ET to 9:00 PM ET. Normally, they fund it around 1:00 PM ET. As a result, the earliest a Payment Facilitator can initiate a settlement would be 1:00 PM ET without pre-funding the FBO account.
If a settlement is approved with insufficient funds in the FBO account, it will fail on WorldPay's side. This will result in complications with funding.
If you are experiencing issues with your FBO account, submit a ticket to Support.
