Manual Review happens when instead of automatically approving merchants during onboarding, WP puts them through a Manual Review process. Finix has no control over the timing nor the reasons behind such behavior. An example error message looks like this:

Here are the next steps when this happens:
For CORE:
Finix will continue to ping the Worldpay API every ten minutes until it resolves to succeed or failed. Worldpay can take up two business days to update status. You don't have to do anything at the moment unless it fails.
For LITLE:
Finix does not have the automation built out yet for LITLE so we will have to manual initiate another verification. Steps are follow:
1. Head to the Identity
2. Click on LITLE_V1 inside the Processors Tab
3. Scroll down to the bottom to the verifications part and click the Create Verification button
