Manual review occurs when merchants are not automatically approved during onboarding. Instead, WorldPay engages in a manual review process.
Note: Finix has no control over which merchant(s) are selected for manual review or how long the review process will take. |
If a merchant has been selected for Manual Review, the response should look like the following:

Next steps
For CORE:
Finix will ping the Worldpay API every ten minutes until it resolves to Succeed or Failed. Worldpay can take up two business days to update status. No action is required unless it fails.
For LITLE:
Additional verification must be initiated:
1. Navigate to the relevant Identity.
2. Click on 'LITLE_V1' inside the 'Processors Tab'.
3. Scroll to the verifications section of the page and click the Create Verification button.
4. Click on the Submit button.
